We scope before we quote
Nothing gets a price until we understand the catalogue, the integrations and the business rules. A number produced before that is a guess, and a guess that turns out low becomes a change-request argument later.
One project manager, unchanged
The same person stays with your project from kickoff to launch rather than rotating between accounts. You are introduced to the people doing the work, not only to whoever owns the relationship.
Everything visible on a shared board
Progress lives somewhere you can look at without asking. A status meeting should confirm what you already know rather than being the only way to find it out.
We measure after launch, not only before
Core Web Vitals and checkout completion get watched for the first weeks after a store goes live, and the fixes are prioritised by where real users drop out rather than by what we expected to matter.
Where we are, and where our clients are
Our studio is in Rajkot, Gujarat, and it is the only place we have one. Most of our clients are in the United Kingdom and the United States, and we work to their hours for calls and reviews rather than expecting them to work to ours. We do not maintain offices in the cities we serve, and no page on this site implies that we do.
W3NUTS is the parent company and works across web, mobile and digital projects generally. Build eCommerce Websites is its ecommerce arm: same company, same studio, same people management. The parent company’s own claims — headcount, project counts, years in business — are not repeated on this site, because they belong to W3NUTS rather than to this entity.

We say who we are not for
Every service page carries a "not for you if" list. If a freelancer or a different platform is the better answer, that is what you will hear before you spend anything.
We publish the number
The ProNuts price and the hours it buys are on the site. Nobody in the set of agencies we benchmarked against publishes a price at all.
We do not claim what we cannot show
No client logos without written permission, no statistics without a source, no partner badge that is not currently active and verifiable. Sections render empty rather than being filled.
We are straight about where we are
Our studio is in Rajkot. We do not maintain offices in the cities we serve and we do not imply otherwise anywhere on this site.

Build eCommerce Websites is the ecommerce specialism of W3NUTS, a digital agency based in Rajkot, Gujarat. Everyone on a project is employed by us — we do not subcontract client work to third parties.

Our studio is at 103 Tagore Road, Bhakti Nagar, Rajkot, Gujarat, India. Most clients are in the United Kingdom and United States. We hold defined overlap hours with both markets for calls and reviews, and run projects on shared boards so progress is visible without needing a meeting to check it.

Which country's law governs the contract?
Work for clients in the United Kingdom and United States is contracted under the laws of India, where our studio and the people doing the work are based. That choice is stated plainly in our terms rather than buried in a schedule, so you know before signing which country’s law applies to the agreement.
