We build ecommerce stores for businesses across the United Kingdom and the United States, from one studio in Rajkot, India. We have no offices in either market and no plans to open any. What we do have is a page per market describing how selling there actually works, rather than one page repeated under different names.

We build four things, and every one of them is delivered the same way wherever you are. What differs by market is not how we work but what a store there has to get right, so each service has its own page for the UK, the United States and Europe, and one that answers the question people actually type into a search box.

How does remote delivery actually work?
Everything is delivered from Rajkot. Projects run on a shared board you can open at any time, so progress is visible without booking a call, and every decision is written down the day it is made. What differs by market is not the method but the currency you are invoiced in and the rules the store itself has to meet.

The engagement itself is governed by the laws of India, where our studio and the people doing the work are based. That is stated in our terms rather than buried in a schedule you have to go looking for.

Europe is not one market and a store built as though it were converts badly in most of it. The payment method a shopper reaches for first changes at almost every border — iDEAL in the Netherlands, BLIK in Poland, Bancontact in Belgium, Swish in Sweden, MB WAY in Portugal — and so do the carriers, the language obligations and the regulator you answer to. Each country below has its own page for that reason.

A page exists only where we had something specific to say about how commerce works in that place — and where we did not, publishing one anyway would waste your time and ours.
What a page has to earn
The payment method shoppers there reach for first, the carriers that actually deliver, the rules a store has to meet before it can take an order. A page that could not name at least those three was never written.
Why not one page per town
The limit is deliberate. A URL for every town would multiply pages without adding a sentence worth reading, and the pages that did exist would be diluted by the ones around them. Saying it once, plainly, does the same job.
What you get instead
The same price, the same process, and a reply within one business day wherever you are. Enquiries from outside the markets listed here are welcome, and we will say plainly when a market is new to us.

Do you have offices in the cities you list?
No — not one of them. We have a single studio, in Rajkot, India, and every location page on this site says so in its own words rather than in a disclaimer. A city page here means we work with businesses there and understand that market, not that we rent a desk in it.
Why do some cities have a page and others do not?
Because a page only exists where we had something specific to say about how commerce works there. Where we did not, there is no page. That is a deliberate limit: a few hundred near-identical city pages would rank worse, read worse and tell you nothing you could not guess.
My city is not listed. Does that change anything?
Nothing at all. The service, the price and the process are identical wherever you are in the countries we cover — the page is a piece of writing, not a service boundary. Get in touch and you will get the same reply within one business day as anyone with a page.
How do you run a project when nobody is in the same building?

Do you work outside the UK and United States?
We take enquiries from anywhere and have no rule against it. What we will tell you honestly is when a market is one we have not built for before, because tax handling, carrier options and consumer rules differ enough that inexperience costs you real money rather than merely time.
