How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
Within one business day, from hello@w3nuts.co.uk. Our business days run Monday to Friday, Indian Standard Time. An enquiry sent on Friday evening UK time is typically answered on Monday. If something is genuinely urgent, say so in the message and we will prioritise it.
What information do you need to quote a project?
The most useful things are what you sell, roughly how many products, which platform you are on or considering, what needs to integrate with the store, and when you need it live. A budget band helps us propose something realistic rather than guessing. Detail is welcome, but do not wait to have it all.
What happens after I submit the form?

Can I book a call instead of filling in a form?
Yes. Email hello@w3nuts.co.uk or call +91 98791 91991 directly and we will arrange a time. The form is the faster route because it captures the details we would ask for anyway, but there is no requirement to use it if you would rather talk first.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes — most of our clients are in the United Kingdom and the United States. We invoice in GBP or USD depending on where you are based, hold defined overlap hours with both markets for calls, and run projects on shared boards so you can see progress without needing a meeting.
Is there a minimum project size?
No fixed minimum, but there is an honest threshold. If your request is a handful of small changes to an existing store, a freelancer will usually serve you better and cost less. We will say so rather than take the work, and we would rather lose a small project than deliver one badly.
Would rather talk first?
Call or email and you reach the same people who would do the work. No account manager in between.
