Ecommerce website development in Prague
Ecommerce development in Prague frequently involves selling the same thing at different prices in different countries. Software and digital products priced for one market are unaffordable in another and undervalued in a third, and a single global price is wrong nearly everywhere. We build Shopify and WooCommerce stores for Prague businesses remotely, with no Prague office.
What is ecommerce in Prague actually like?
Pricing a digital product for a world market means accepting that one number cannot be right everywhere. Set it for the wealthiest market and most of the world will not buy; set it for the broadest and you leave money on the table where people would have paid more. Regional pricing addresses that and brings its own problems: customers compare across borders, resellers appear where the gap is widest, and the tax treatment follows the customer rather than you. Publishing the logic rather than hiding it is what keeps it defensible.

What we build for Prague businesses
We build four things, and all four are delivered the same way wherever the client is: Shopify stores, WooCommerce stores, the interface design that decides whether either converts, and the automation that removes manual work from running them.
Shopify Development
Shopify development is the work of building a store on Shopify that does what your business needs rather than what a theme allows.
What we buildWooCommerce Development
WooCommerce development is the work of building a store on WordPress and WooCommerce, where you host the software and own the database outright.
What we buildUI/UX Design
Ecommerce UI/UX design is the work of deciding how a store looks and how customers move through it, from landing page to completed order.
What we buildAI Automation
AI automation for ecommerce means using language models and workflow tools to remove repetitive work from running a store.
What we build
What does each service run into in Prague?
Four pages, one per service, each about a different problem that Prague businesses actually bring us rather than a restatement of this one.

How does remote delivery work for a Prague business?
We have no office in Prague and no plans to open one. Work is delivered from our studio in Rajkot, through a shared board you can open at any time rather than a weekly status call. Everything agreed is written down the same day, because a decision nobody can find later is the same as one nobody made.
VAT here
Czech VAT applies nationally, and where a digital service is sold to consumers in other countries the rate follows the customer location rather than the seller, which is exactly the complication regional pricing has to sit on top of.
Where your obligations actually begin is a question for a tax adviser. We build the store to collect correctly against whatever answer you get.

Which Prague sectors do we build for?
The Prague economy produces most of the businesses below, and their requirements we have met before. A sector missing from this list is a scoping conversation, not a refusal.

Prague questions we are asked
Five questions specific to working with us from Prague, including the one every remote agency should answer first and most do not: whether we are actually there.
Do you have an office in Prague?
No. Our studio is in Rajkot, India, and Prague clients work with us remotely. There is no Czech address behind this page. We put it in the opening paragraph rather than the footer because that is where a reader forms the assumption, and correcting it there costs nothing.
Will customers notice different prices?
Some will, and the ones who do tend to be vocal. Publishing that pricing reflects local markets is better received than being caught doing it quietly. What causes real damage is a customer discovering the gap themselves and concluding they were charged more for no stated reason.
How do we stop resale across regions?
Imperfectly, and the wider the gap the harder it gets. Regional licence terms, payment method restrictions and account-level checks all raise the effort without eliminating it. Setting the gap deliberately, rather than as wide as each market would bear, is the more effective control.
Which market sets the reference price?
That is a commercial decision worth making explicitly, because everything else is measured against it. Anchoring to your largest market and adjusting outward is the usual approach. Deriving prices from a currency conversion table is the version that produces figures nobody chose.
Does the tax follow the customer?
For digital services sold to consumers it generally does, which means the rate depends on where they are rather than where you are. That interacts with regional pricing and it is a question for your accountant, since the displayed price and the tax treatment have to agree.
