How does remote delivery work for a Las Vegas business?
We have no office in Las Vegas and no plans to open one. Work is delivered from our studio in Rajkot, through a shared board you can open at any time rather than a weekly status call. Everything agreed is written down the same day, because a decision nobody can find later is the same as one nobody made.

Do you have an office in Las Vegas?
No. We work from Rajkot, India, and Las Vegas clients are served remotely. There is no Nevada address behind this page. We say it plainly because a page carrying a city name invites the assumption, and correcting it later is worse than stating it here.
Can the store deliver to a convention booth?
Yes, provided the address model allows for a venue, a hall, a booth number and a show name. Squeezing that into two address lines is where these deliveries go missing. It is a small change to the checkout and it removes a category of failure that costs the whole order.
How do we handle a load-in deadline?
By working backwards from it. The store should only offer services that still arrive in time, and stop offering them once the cut-off passes rather than accepting an order it cannot honour. A customer told no on Tuesday is far happier than one told nothing until Friday.
Should we offer collection rather than delivery?
For local event trade it is often the most reliable option, and it should be a proper checkout choice with a location and a ready time rather than a note. Buyers already in the city frequently prefer it, and it removes the venue delivery risk entirely.
Can we take short-term hire orders as well as sales?
Yes, though hire is genuinely different from sale: it needs dates, availability by date rather than a stock count, and a return condition. We would rather scope it as its own thing than fit it into a product model that only understands ownership changing hands once.
