Do you have an office in Latvia?
No. Our studio is in Rajkot, India, and Latvian clients work with us remotely. There is no Latvian address behind this page and no office anybody could visit. We put that in the opening paragraph rather than in the footer, because the opening is where a reader forms the assumption.
Why do gift orders get flagged as fraud?
Because the pattern matches one: different billing and delivery names, sometimes a different country, often placed near a holiday. Marking the order as a gift explicitly gives your provider something to work with, and knowing your own decline rate around gifting seasons is worth checking before one arrives.
What should the recipient be told?
As little as you can manage while still getting the parcel delivered. Notifications belong with the buyer, not the recipient, and a tracking message announcing a present some days early is a small disaster that no amount of careful packaging recovers from.
