AI automation in Dallas
Most stores find out that checkout is broken when a customer tells them, which means the outage has already been running for a while and has already cost orders. A test that completes a purchase automatically, on a schedule, turns that discovery into a message that arrives before anybody outside the business notices.
Something that buys a product every morning
The valuable test is not a page that loads; it is the whole journey.
Find a product, add it, reach the checkout, submit a payment in test mode, confirm the order exists. That sequence crosses every system a store depends on, which is exactly why it catches the failures that monitoring a homepage never will — an expired credential, a payment provider change, a plugin update that broke the basket at eleven the night before. Running it every few minutes against the live site is the highest-value automation available to most stores, and it is not complicated. The practical details decide whether it survives. Test orders have to be identifiable and excluded from reporting, or the figures quietly drift. The test needs its own product so a merchandising change cannot break it. And the alert has to go to somebody who can act, not to a shared address, because a failed checkout at eight in the evening is worth waking somebody for and a report nobody reads until Monday is not.
We have no office in Dallas. Our studio is in Rajkot, India, and every project here is delivered remotely — if a supplier who can attend your premises matters to you, that is a fair requirement and we do not meet it.
What an AI automation project includes
Three things, and they are the same wherever you are. What changes is the subject above.

Inventory sync and order routing between systems
Retrieval-based support assistants over your own policies
The other three, and what each one covers
Each answers a different question for Dallas businesses. None of them repeats this page.

AI automation questions from Dallas
Three questions about the subject above. How we work, what it costs and who owns the code are answered on the service page.
Why not just monitor the homepage?
Because a store can serve every page perfectly while quietly failing to take money. The homepage says almost nothing about whether an order can be completed, and the failures that cost the most — a credential, a payment change, a broken basket — leave the front page entirely intact.
What has to be handled for this to survive?
Test orders must be identifiable and excluded from every report, or your figures drift. The test needs its own product so a merchandising decision cannot break it. Without both, somebody switches it off within a month and nobody remembers why it was there.
Who should the alert reach?
Somebody who can act on it that evening. A failed checkout is worth interrupting a person for, and an alert landing in a shared inbox until Monday morning has documented the outage rather than shortened it, which is the expensive half of the problem left unsolved.
