AI automation in Madrid

Business is still done by telephone, and what was agreed on the call exists only in the memory of whoever took it. The order arrives differently from what the customer believes, and there is no record either side can point at without it becoming an argument about recollection.

A drawing of a support queue for a Madrid store: questions answered from the shop's own policy files, each reply waiting for a person to approve it before it sends.

Writing down what was agreed on the telephone

The gap is not the conversation, it is the writing up.

A summary produced automatically from a call — what was discussed, what was agreed, what somebody promised to do next — turns an undocumented exchange into a record, and it takes the task away from whoever least wants to do it at half past five. Three things make it usable rather than theatrical. It has to be checked and corrected by the person who was on the call, because a summary nobody confirms is worse than none: it looks authoritative and may be wrong. It has to attach to the customer record rather than sit in a separate tool, so the next person to speak to them can see it. And everybody on the call needs to know it is happening, which is both the decent position and, in most places, a legal requirement your adviser should confirm rather than us. What it should never do is decide anything. A summary that quietly records a price nobody agreed is a dispute waiting for somebody to find it.

We have no office in Madrid. Our studio is in Rajkot, India, and every project here is delivered remotely — if a supplier who can attend your premises matters to you, that is a fair requirement and we do not meet it.

What an AI automation project includes

Three things, and they are the same wherever you are. What changes is the subject above.

  • Product content drafting from real spec data

  • Inventory sync and order routing between systems

  • Retrieval-based support assistants over your own policies

The other three, and what each one covers

Each answers a different question for Madrid businesses. None of them repeats this page.

AI automation questions from Madrid

Three questions about the subject above. How we work, what it costs and who owns the code are answered on the service page.

Who should check the summary?

The person who was on the call, before it is filed. An unchecked summary is worse than no summary, because it looks authoritative and may be wrong, and the next person to read it has no way of knowing which parts were reconstructed rather than heard.

Where should it live?

Attached to the customer record. A summary in a separate tool is a record nobody finds when they need it, which is at the moment somebody else picks up the telephone to the same customer and has to decide whether to admit they do not know what was agreed.

Do we have to tell people?

Yes, and the specifics belong with your adviser rather than with us, because the requirements vary. What we can say plainly is that the decent position and the safe position are the same one here, and it costs a sentence at the start of the call.
