No. We are in Rajkot, India, and Cork clients are served remotely. There is no Cork address behind this page and there is no office you could visit. We put it at the very top because a heading that names a place is precisely where that assumption is created.

Yes, and not as a separate stage. Visible focus, real labels, adequate contrast and a keyboard route through the whole flow are part of the design rather than an audit afterwards. Retrofitting them costs more and produces a worse result than deciding them while the page is being drawn. None of that changes because you happen to be in Cork.
