UI/UX design in Lublin
For stores selling into Lublin, the interface is doing one job that the design brief rarely names: food producers trading across an external border. Until that is handled, improvements elsewhere on the page are being made around an unanswered question. We build for Lublin businesses remotely, and we hold no office there.
Food producers trading across an external border
Answering it on the page means being specific rather than reassuring.
Customers discount adjectives and read details, so a stated figure, a date, or a plain description of what happens next does more work than any amount of confident language around it. Around Świdnik industrial area and across Lublin more widely, logistics sets what a store has to handle. Being exporters selling to non-EU neighbours rather than a general retailer is what turns the requirement above from a nice-to-have into the thing the build is arranged around. The accessible version and the clear version are the same version. Anything that helps somebody using a screen reader or a keyboard also helps the customer reading in a hurry on a train, which is a much larger group than either. Everything on the page competes for the same attention. Giving food producers trading across an external border the space it needs, and taking that space from something decorative, is usually the change that moves the numbers for a Lublin store rather than a redesign that rearranges everything at once.
We have no office in Lublin. Our studio is in Rajkot, India, and every project here is delivered remotely — if a supplier who can attend your premises matters to you, that is a fair requirement and we do not meet it.
What a UI/UX design project includes
Three things, and they are the same wherever you are. What changes is the subject above.
UX audit against a published checklist
Redesign of the highest-revenue templates
Design system and tokens, where they earn their cost
The other three, and what each one covers
Each answers a different question for Lublin businesses. None of them repeats this page.
AI Automation
An external border where declarations and origin decide whether a parcel moves at all
Shopify Development
Payment methods that differ from the European default, so a domestic checkout converts badly
WooCommerce Development
Exporters selling to non-EU neighbours
UI/UX design questions from Lublin
Three questions about the subject above. How we work, what it costs and who owns the code are answered on the service page.
How do you know a change is an improvement?
By measuring it where the volume supports measurement, and by reasoning honestly where it does not. Small stores rarely have the traffic for a reliable test, and pretending otherwise produces confident conclusions from noise. In that case the argument has to stand on its own merits. That holds for Lublin work as much as for anywhere we deliver.
Do you redesign or start from scratch?
Usually neither at first. The useful first step is establishing what is actually going wrong, which is frequently narrower than a redesign and considerably cheaper. A Lublin store losing customers at one step does not need a new visual identity; it needs that step fixed.
What do you need from us to start?
Access to what customers actually do, whatever form that takes, and half an hour with whoever answers the support messages. That second conversation is consistently the most useful part of the work, because complaints describe the interface more accurately than any brief does. None of that changes because you happen to be in Lublin.
