UI/UX design in Narva

What a Narva customer needs from a product page is narrower than most designs assume, and it usually comes down to one thing: a preference that survives visits, shared links and the gap between the site and its emails. Everything else on the screen is competing with that.

A drawing of a design system for a Narva store being measured: type sizes, colour tokens, component states and a contrast reading above the WCAG 2.2 AA threshold.

A preference that survives visits, shared links and the gap between the site and its emails

Answering it on the page means being specific rather than reassuring.

Customers discount adjectives and read details, so a stated figure, a date, or a plain description of what happens next does more work than any amount of confident language around it. Most of the Narva work we are asked about comes from businesses sending transactional email in a chosen language, frequently based around Narva city centre. What those businesses have in common is that the requirement above is not optional for them, whatever else changes about the build. None of this is a separate accessibility exercise. A page that is legible in daylight, operable with a keyboard and readable in an order that makes sense is simply a page that works, and treating that as an extra stage is how it never happens. That question is the design brief. a preference that survives visits, shared links and the gap between the site and its emails determines what belongs on the first screen, what can wait further down and what should come off the page entirely, and a design that has not decided it is arranging elements rather than solving anything for anybody.

We have no office in Narva. Our studio is in Rajkot, India, and every project here is delivered remotely — if a supplier who can attend your premises matters to you, that is a fair requirement and we do not meet it.

What a UI/UX design project includes

Three things, and they are the same wherever you are. What changes is the subject above.

  • UX audit against a published checklist

  • Redesign of the highest-revenue templates

  • Design system and tokens, where they earn their cost

The other three, and what each one covers

Each answers a different question for Narva businesses. None of them repeats this page.

UI/UX design questions from Narva

Three questions about the subject above. How we work, what it costs and who owns the code are answered on the service page.

Is accessibility included?

Yes, and not as a separate stage. Visible focus, real labels, adequate contrast and a keyboard route through the whole flow are part of the design rather than an audit afterwards. Retrofitting them costs more and produces a worse result than deciding them while the page is being drawn. That holds for Narva work as much as for anywhere we deliver.

Do you redesign or start from scratch?

Usually neither at first. The useful first step is establishing what is actually going wrong, which is frequently narrower than a redesign and considerably cheaper. A Narva store losing customers at one step does not need a new visual identity; it needs that step fixed.

Will this work for our existing Narva customers?

That is the right question, and it is why we look at what current customers do before changing anything. A redesign that improves things for new visitors and disrupts the people already buying is a net loss, and it is a common outcome when the existing behaviour was never examined. None of that changes because you happen to be in Narva.
