UI/UX design in Vigo
For stores selling into Vigo, the interface is doing one job that the design brief rarely names: a shared language mistaken for a shared market, when payment and duty differ by country. Until that is handled, improvements elsewhere on the page are being made around an unanswered question.
A shared language mistaken for a shared market, when payment and duty differ by country
The question gets answered with facts placed where the doubt occurs.
Moving the relevant detail next to the moment somebody hesitates is worth more than adding it to a policy page that a small fraction of visitors will ever open. Around Vigo city centre and across Vigo more widely, food processing sets what a store has to handle. Being food producers shipping internationally rather than a general retailer is what turns the requirement above from a nice-to-have into the thing the build is arranged around. The accessible version and the clear version are the same version. Anything that helps somebody using a screen reader or a keyboard also helps the customer reading in a hurry on a train, which is a much larger group than either. That question is the design brief. a shared language mistaken for a shared market, when payment and duty differ by country determines what belongs on the first screen, what can wait further down and what should come off the page entirely, and a design that has not decided it is arranging elements rather than solving anything for anybody.
We have no office in Vigo. Our studio is in Rajkot, India, and every project here is delivered remotely — if a supplier who can attend your premises matters to you, that is a fair requirement and we do not meet it.
What a UI/UX design project includes
Three things, and they are the same wherever you are. What changes is the subject above.
UX audit against a published checklist
Redesign of the highest-revenue templates
Design system and tokens, where they earn their cost
The other three, and what each one covers
Each answers a different question for Vigo businesses. None of them repeats this page.
AI Automation
Prices set per destination rather than converted, because currency movement outruns a rate table
Shopify Development
Exporters selling into South American markets
WooCommerce Development
Food producers shipping internationally
UI/UX design questions from Vigo
Three questions about the subject above. How we work, what it costs and who owns the code are answered on the service page.
Do you redesign or start from scratch?
Usually neither at first. The useful first step is establishing what is actually going wrong, which is frequently narrower than a redesign and considerably cheaper. A Vigo store losing customers at one step does not need a new visual identity; it needs that step fixed.
Will this work for our existing Vigo customers?
That is the right question, and it is why we look at what current customers do before changing anything. A redesign that improves things for new visitors and disrupts the people already buying is a net loss, and it is a common outcome when the existing behaviour was never examined. The same goes for Vigo.
How do you know a change is an improvement?
By measuring it where the volume supports measurement, and by reasoning honestly where it does not. Small stores rarely have the traffic for a reliable test, and pretending otherwise produces confident conclusions from noise. In that case the argument has to stand on its own merits. The same goes for Vigo.
