AI automation in Paris

A customer who bought twice last year and nothing since is a better prospect than a stranger and is usually treated worse: they receive the same general marketing as everybody else, if anything at all. Reaching them deliberately is straightforward and mostly about restraint.

A drawing of a support queue for a Paris store: questions answered from the shop's own policy files, each reply waiting for a person to approve it before it sends.

The subjectai-automation × paris

Writing to somebody who used to buy from you

The mechanism is simple — identify people whose buying has stopped and write to them — and everything that decides whether it works is in the detail.

The timing has to reflect how often somebody would normally buy, so a category people purchase twice a year cannot use the same definition of lapsed as one they buy monthly, and a single site-wide rule gets both wrong. The message should acknowledge the gap without being strange about it, and it should lead with something relevant to what they actually bought rather than with a discount, because a discount teaches the lesson that going quiet is rewarded. And there has to be a stopping rule: two unanswered messages is enough, and continuing past that turns a considerate approach into the thing people complain about. What this shows up more often than a recovered customer is a reason. People stop buying because something went wrong, because the product they liked was discontinued, or because they simply do not need it any more — and asking is frequently more valuable than selling.

We have no office in Paris. Our studio is in Rajkot, India, and every project here is delivered remotely — if a supplier who can attend your premises matters to you, that is a fair requirement and we do not meet it.

What an AI automation project includes

Three things, and they are the same wherever you are. What changes is the subject above.

  • Product content drafting from real spec data

  • Inventory sync and order routing between systems

  • Retrieval-based support assistants over your own policies

The other three, and what each one covers

Each answers a different question for Paris businesses. None of them repeats this page.

AI automation questions from Paris

Three questions about the subject above. How we work, what it costs and who owns the code are answered on the service page.

When is a customer lapsed?

It depends entirely on how often they would normally buy. A category people purchase twice a year and one they buy monthly need different definitions, and a single site-wide rule is wrong for both — writing too early to one group and far too late to the other.

Should the message include a discount?

Preferably not first. Leading with a discount teaches customers that going quiet is rewarded, which is an expensive lesson to teach the ones who were going to return anyway. Something relevant to what they actually bought performs respectably without that side effect.

When should we stop writing?

After two unanswered messages. Continuing past that converts a considerate approach into the thing people complain about, and the customer who was merely busy becomes one who actively remembers your business as the one that would not take silence for an answer.
