Do you have an office in France?
No. The studio is in Rajkot, India, and French clients work with us remotely. We hold no French address and this page does not imply one. If a supplier who can attend your premises matters, that is a fair requirement and we are honest that we do not meet it.
Should imported data overwrite what we have edited?
No, and this is the decision that decides whether the whole thing is trusted. Supplier data should propose changes for review rather than assert them, because a careful manual correction that vanishes on the next import teaches everybody to stop making corrections.
How accurate is extraction from PDFs?
Good enough to be worth reviewing and not good enough to trust unread, which is why the review step stays. The saving is real either way: checking extracted data is a fraction of the work of typing it, and the errors that remain are found before a customer sees them.
