Every store is designed for the screen where everything works. The screens that decide whether somebody stays are the ones where a search found nothing, a filter excluded everything, or something failed — and those are usually left as defaults. We design store interfaces for Slovak businesses remotely.
What changes about UI/UX Design in Slovakia?
An empty state is a conversation with a customer at the exact moment they are about to leave, and the default version says nothing useful. A search with no results should say what was searched for, offer the nearest thing you do stock, and give one obvious route onward, because a customer who typed something specific has told you what they want and deserves better than a blank panel. A filter combination that excludes everything should say which filter is doing the excluding and let it be removed in one press rather than requiring the customer to undo their reasoning step by step. An error should say what happened and what to do, and never lose what the customer had entered. These screens are cheap to design and almost always skipped because they do not appear in the demonstration, which is the same reason nobody notices they are missing until a customer meets one.

Do you have an office in Slovakia?
No. We are in Rajkot, India, and Slovak clients are served remotely. There is no Slovak address behind this page and no office you could visit. It is stated at the top because that is precisely where a page naming a country usually implies something it should not.
What should a no-results page do?
Repeat what was searched for, offer the nearest thing you genuinely stock and give one obvious route onward. A customer who typed something specific has told you exactly what they wanted, which is more than most pages ever learn about a visitor.
Why are these screens always missing?
Because they never appear in a demonstration. Everybody reviews a new store along the path where everything works, so the states that actually decide whether somebody stays are the ones nobody has looked at since the template was chosen, and they still carry whatever the template shipped with.
